For oral presentation

Time allocated for oral presentations is 15 min for contributed papers, 30 min for invited lectures. Oral presenters are required to allow at least 3 min within the allotted presentation time for discussion and presentation change. Presentation rooms will be equipped with an LCD video projector and a screen. You are kindly requested to bring your own personal computer.

For poster presentation

Poster session will be held from 17:00 to 19:00, Tuesday, Aug. 29th (Room C (1F)). The height and width of the board that each poster presentation can use are 176 cm and 86 cm, respectively. A0 size is recommended. The posters can be mounted from 13:00, Tuesday, Aug. 29th, and must be removed by 19:30 of the same day. Those left after this time will be subjected to disposal. (The presenters are encouraged to remove immediately after the poster session.) Presentation time includes both presentation and discussion.
