How to get to the venue

Express bus from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Our best recommendation)

(The express bus from Haneda and Narita airpots to the venue are now suspended. Please take the bus from Shinjuku. Click here for directios from Narita and Haneda Airports to Shinjuku Station. )

The express bus from Shinjuku is most convenient to go to the conference venue. The bus will stop in front of the venue (Bus stop: Fuji-Q Highland). It departs from the Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal every 30 min. and takes 2 hours to the venue. The bus terminal is located near JR Shinjuku Station, which is directly connected to the JR Shinjuku Station New South Gate (just 2 min.). You can see the access map to the bus terminal at the following website.

Train from JR Shijuku Station

The conference venue is about 2 hours from Shinjuku Station by train.

Our recommendation is to take a cab from Fujisan Eki.

Those interested in the Fuji-Q Highland, one of the famous amusement parks in Japan, can walk through it to reach the venue. Admission to the park is free, but registration is required at the entrance.

Direcions from airport to Shinjuku station

From Haneda Airport

In both cases, trains come frequently.
Note: Some Keikyu Airport Lines go to Yokohama, so be sure to take trains going to Shinagawa (most trains go to Narita Airport or to Inba Nippon Medical University).

From Narita Airport

From Narita Airport to Shinjuku Station, you can take the train and express bus.
The Skyliner runs every 20 min. It is easy to change trains at Nippori instead of Ueno.
