Shuttle bus to the conference venue

In the morning

From Nov. 16 to 18, shuttle buses from Fujisan Station Hotel to the conference venue through West Inn Fujiyoshida depart at 8:00.   

If the bus overflows, it will run back and forth several times to make sure we get there in time for the 9:00 meeting start.　  

In the evening

Nov. 15

For those attending the welcome reception, a shuttle bus will pick you up at 17:30 at Fujisan Station Hotel, followed by Fujisan Station Hotel.

Departure times from the conference venue for the shuttle bus to Fujisan Eki station via West Inn Fujiyoshida are as follows

Nov. 15 : 20:40, 21:00

Nov. 16 : 20:30, 21:00

Nov. 17 : 20:40, 21:00
