Those who wish to attend the symposium are requested to complete and return
the attached Registration Form to the following address.

Registration fee
The registration fee are following.
- Participants 50,000 yen
- Student 15,000 yen
The registration fee includes the abstract book, welcome party and banquet.
Method of registration payment
The participants are requested to pay the registration fees by cash in Japanese yen on site.
Cancellation
All requests for cancellation must be received in writing by May 10, 2014.
